He wanted to finish before she arrived but its taking a bit longer to rub off the caked on soot, dirt and dried blood.]

[Unfortunately, as nice as his bare back might look at first glance, he is quite bruised from landing on his back multiple times during those fights. The gashes and cuts have all healed, so he's in the last stages of recovering.
He's not in any pain, though, and it would all be gone within a few hours anyway.]
Gettin' tossed around is kinda normal for me. I'm not exactly a skilled fighter. I just kinda... hurl myself at shit and hope I can burn it fast enough.
He made it out alive. He got pretty hurt, but he's recovering. I still want to make sure he has a place to go, but when I told him Kaoru had offered your place to me, he told me to go ahead and take it.

And then he teased me a lot about "getting to know a certain cafe owner on a personal level." He's such a brat.
