On Crystal Beach a traditionally inspired Japanese resturant sits, invoking feelings of summer even in the colder months, decorated in pale desaturated blues, yellows and whites with fluttering fabric flags hung about and accents of bamboo. Hot teppanyaki grills, their flat surfaces shiny black when not in use promise delicious food at resonable prices ranging from noodles, sushi, fusion cuisine and much much more.
Indoor and outdoor seating give ample views of the beach, fire pits glow in the night and provide a relaxed atmosphere. Seating is somewhat communal, ten or more chairs surrounding each grill where you can watch your chef skillfully prepare your ordered food while hosts bring drinks and selections from the cold menu. Everything is made to order exactly how you want it.
Stop in for lunch or dinner, relax by the firepits, and enjoy this little taste of Japan right on the beach.
